The play ‘The Nocturnes‘, written by Irma Correa and directed by Magüi Mira, has sold out just a few days after its premiere at the Teatro Español.
‘The Nocturnes‘, starring Marta Etura and Jorge Bedoya, tells the love story of Frederic Chopin and George Sand, and the insurmountable narrative that prevented the writer from saying goodbye to the composer on his deathbed. In the play, the actor and pianist Jorge Bedoya, perform some of Chopin’s Nocturnes live. He has also composed some original pieces for the production.
‘The Nocturnes’ is a production of Teatro Español and Bitó productions, and is scheduled to tour nationally throughout 2023.
