Alba

Synopsis

Inspired by the successful ‘Fatmagül’, ‘Alba’ is an emotional drama whose starting point is the multiple rape of a young woman who fights against the rich and powerful family of her aggressors to get justice.

‘Alba’ is produced by Boomerang TV for Atresmedia TV and Antena 3’s Prime Time. The series can also be seen on ATRESplayer PREMIUM and NETFLIX.

Alba is a fearless young woman. However, after returning to her hometown for the holidays, a promising night out turns fatal when a group of boys sexually assault her. The next day, she wakes up naked on the beach. A year before, when she left her predictable life behind, she could not have imagined that in the vast capital she would again meet Bruno, her long-time neighbour, and the one she had never been interested in.

What if, separated by a simple street, never happened, becomes possible in a city of four million inhabitants. In a chance encounter, as improbable as it is magical, Alba and Bruno fall madly in love. Nothing could separate them, until that fateful night.

Inexplicably, three of the four attackers are Bruno’s best friends. But when Alba discovers the identity of the fourth man, the end of the nightmare is actually just the beginning.
