Set in Spain in 1937, an international team of volunteers toil tirelessly at the hospital, as rivalries and relationships imperil their battle to save lives. No network is attached as of yet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">The series was created by iGeneration\u2019s Max Benitz \u2013 who starred opposite Russell Crowe in\u00a0<em>Master and Commander<\/em>:\u00a0<em>The Far Side of the World<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 with Hastings showrunning and directing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">Correa will write, having penned two of Netflix Spain\u2019s biggest series in recent years. She is repped by Alter Ego Talent House.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\u201cWorking on this project means a lot to me, both professionally and personally,\u201d she said. \u201cSpeaking about the thousands of international volunteers who came to fight against fascism during the civil war in my country is an act of poetic justice.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">IGeneration has found success of late with Netflix YA series\u00a0<em>My Life with the Walter Boys<\/em>, which is currently sitting fourth in the streamer\u2019s global top 10 with 4.4M views in the past week.
